Martin Kelly, Chief Executive of the Accent Group, today argued for the need to refurbish communities, not just properties, at the key note seminar at Ecobuild 2007. The Accent Group will argue that the Digital Switchover in 2010 presents an opportunity to introduce new digital housing technologies, which have the potential to help neighbourhoods with economic and social problems.
